Casa del Rey is located a few blocks southwest of the intersection of El Camino Real and Lawrence Expressway in Santa Clara, California.
Transportation
Our complex is a few miles from highways 101 and 280 and within easy walking distance of several of the main bus routes operated by the Valley Transportation Authority.
The 22 and 522 bus lines stop in front of the former Kohl’s site (3700 El Camino Real) and run between Eastridge Mall in San Jose and Palo Alto. A large portion of these routes is along El Camino Real. The 522 line is more of an express bus and thus has many fewer stops than the 22 line. The 22 and 522 buses have stops at the Santa Clara Caltrain station.
Recreational Opportunities
There are a number of youth sports opportunities in the area, including Little League and Soccer.
The City of Santa Clara runs a golf and tennis club.
The Regional Open Space District maintains and operates a number of open space preserves such as Rancho San Antonio County Park.
