The Board of Directors meets in the clubhouse every month or two. Unit owners are invited to attend these meetings and share any concerns they might have about the HOA or just to learn more about the operation of the HOA. The meeting schedule is announced in the HOA’s periodic newsletter and on the home page of this web site.

At each year’s annual meeting of the HOA in March, the Board of Directors gives owners a summary of the events of the past year and the overall condition of the HOA. Members vote on any issues that require approval of the membership and elect one or more unit owners to serve a two-year term on the Board of Directors. To help ensure continuity and smooth transitions, the terms do not all expire in the same year.
