Floor Plans

There are three primary floor plans for the units in our complex, designated A, B and C.
For all floor plans, please beware that some units are mirror images of the floor plans shown or may have been altered since the original construction. Our homes include a two-car garage and have a fenced back yard. Some bedrooms have vaulted ceilings and/or a balcony.

Floor Plan A
Floor plan A generally applies to the units at the western edge of our complex (the even numbered units of 1300-1318 Karmen Ct. and the even numbered units of 1388-1398 Gazdar Ct.). This page shows the layout of the ‘A’ units.

From our original sales brochure’s description of the “A” units:
“Tri-level planning adds extra interest to this magnificent town home; 2 or 3 bedrooms, 1700 square feet.

A dramatic living room with sloped ceiling and wide window wall and the spacious dining room and kitchen are on the second level; two bedrooms and two baths are up a few more steps.

Downstairs is the big family room, laundry appliance area, and a third bedroom and third full bath. There’s a handsome fireplace in the living room and a redwood balcony deck opens from the dining room through sliding glass doors.

Both master bedroom and a second bedroom share views of a second and tiled balcony deck, the master bedroom through sliding glass doors. The big family room on the lower level has its own sliding glass doors to a secluded patio.

The home’s second fireplace and a built-in wet bar make it an ideal party room. The downstairs bedroom and adjacent bath provide a very private guest suite. A laundry appliance alcove has folding doors to hide the washer and dryer when not in use.

Note: End units differ in a few respects. Fireplaces are on outside walls, the family room wet bar has been deleted. Closet arrangement in the second upper bedroom and kitchen pantry/cabinet placement are slightly different.”

Floor Plan B
Floor plan B generally applies to 1376-1386 Gazdar Ct., the odd numbered units of 1305-1317 Karmen Ct. and the odd numbered units of 1387-1399 Gazdar Ct. This page shows the layout of the ‘B’ units.

From our original sales brochure’s description of the “B” units:
“Two stories of well planned space for great family living; 3 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 1750 square feet.

A ceramic-tiled entry is discreetly private; no visitor can see into your living room or kitchen.

The spacious living room is highlighted by an attractive fireplace with a wide hearth and by sliding glass doors to the rear patio/garden area.

A delightful dining room has its own wide windows and is open to the kitchen over a broad serving counter. Just off the entry hall and convenient to all the lower floor is a handy powder room.

Bedrooms and an inviting family room-study share the quiet of the second floor. Here, too, is the laundry room, ideally located for putting clean laundry back where it is stored and used.

Both the master suite and family room open through sliding glass doors to a pleasant outdoor balcony. The master suite has its own dressing room with a pocket door to the bath.

Two more bedrooms and a full bath as well as the laundry are on the other side of the stairway, one with a big walk-in closet.

Note: End units are nearly identical, except for location of the fireplaces on outside walls and some additional window area.”

Floor Plan C
Floor plan C generally applies to 1330, 1340, 1360 and 1370 Halford Ave. units.
This page shows the layout of the ‘C’ units.

From our original sales brochure’s description of the “C” units:
“You share no walls in this Spanish-styled two-story home; 3 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 1950 square feet.

These unique Casa Del Rey homes are free-standing, offering all the privacy of a traditional home.

The wide ceramic-tiled entry hall screens visitors’ views of the elegant living room with its welcoming fireplace.

The dining room is easily convenient to an efficient kitchen that includes a separate pantry and a window view of Casa Del Rey’s landscaped grounds.

There’s a handy powder room just off the entry hall. Bedrooms and baths are upstairs, the master suite with a separate dressing room and private bath.

Two more bedrooms, one extra-large, and a hall bath are on the
other side of the stairway.

Two more bedrooms and a full bath as well as the laundry are on the other side of the stairway, one with a big walk-in closet.

Also upstairs is an attractive family room-study with built-in closet space for storage, and sliding glass doors to a broad outdoor balcony, a balcony shared by the master bedroom through its own sliding glass doors.

Three upstairs hallway closets serve for catch-all storage as well as linens.”
