Whether you're visiting
Casa del Rey for personal or business purposes, here are a few
tips which you may find useful:
- Parking is not allowed along the curbs of either Gazdar or
Karmen Courts. These curbs must be kept free for emergency personnel.
Park in a designated Visitor spot (shown on our map), in the
driveway of the owner you are visiting if you have permission
to do so, or along Halford, Burnley, or Lillick streets.
- Please do not block the driveways of other owners.
- No contractor-generated materials, such as construction debris, may be placed in the dumpsters.
If you are placing material in our dumpsters (for instance, if you are a houseguest), please make
sure that you place the trash fully inside the dumpsters, not
on the ground next to it. If the dumpster you are using is full,
please use another dumpster in the complex. Also, hazardous
materials may not be discarded in our dumpsters.
Directions
From Lawrence Expressway: Exit at the El Camino Real, heading towards Sunnyvale. Proceed 0.1 mile to Halford. Turn left on Halford. For Halford units, Casa del Rey addresses are located between the first right (Burnley) and the second right (Lillick). For Gazdar addresses, make the first right onto Burnley, then an immediate left into the Gazdar Court private drive. For Karmen addresses, make the second right onto Lillick, then an immediate right into the Karmen Court private drive.
From the El Camino (from Santa Clara): Head towards
Sunnyvale along the El Camino. Turn left on Halford, then follow
the directions as above. Halford is located just past the Lawrence
Expressway exit as you drive along the El Camino.
From the El Camino (from Mountain View): Head towards
Santa Clara along the El Camino. Turn right on Halford, then follow
the directions as above. The Halford turn will be found about
0.7 mile past the El Camino & Wolfe Rd. intersection.
